Tenureship showing wrong years

Discus and support Tenureship showing wrong years in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi would like to know why is it showing 2 years while im supposed to be at least 3 years ( account created on 2009) and yes im only counting the years...     Hi would like to know why is it showing 2 years while im supposed to be at least 3 years ( account created on 2009)

    and yes im only counting the years i have been gold

    i talked to Xbox support and this is the case number : 1262529417

    Have you tried any trouble shooting steps? Also, if you haven't, could you try deleting, then re-downloading your profile? If you need any help with that, let us know. Tenureship showing wrong years :)

    I made my account 31 October 2008 as it only says ive been online for 5 years but I got my first xbox before I was 16 years old and I was offline for 1 year when I got my xbox due to internet issues we was currently having then the following year I got online

    I had the same trouble. I should have been at 10 years and I think mine shows 8. Ehh, I just moved on. It doesn't effect me.

    I have something of the same problem. On xbox one my tenure used to show 6 while it said 5 on the 360. Now my tenure has disappeared on the Xbox One completely for about 2 weeks while it still says 5 on the 360. But I have no idea when I first got gold on
    the account but I'm pretty sure I've never had silver.
