    My years are not showing up on my profile. I've had xbox live for about 13 years. Recently I added a 12 month xbox live gold code, and it asked me if I wanted to convert some of them to game pass. My game pass just expired and I noticed that my years were

    Thanks for reaching out, I'm not sure what causing this issue, but once I changed my profile picture, the same issue happened to me. The system still has this information it might just a loading error issue. It should come back in no time.

    Mine vanished on the one dashboard update. But came back on the next one, but noting im on the insider program.

    This has happened with many others in the past, myself included. It eventually sorts itself out and appears back on your profile as usual.

    There's not much to troubleshoot. I've changed my profile settings multiple times. (Everything is public)

    Ive tried recovering my account again. Restarting my xbox. I just want to know if it has something to do with my Xbox Game Pass expiring.
