Tenure Won't Update On Xbox One.

So to kick things off I have been using the Xbox platform for well over a decade. Since the release of the 360 as a matter of fact. On the 1st of July, my tenure was supposed to go from 10 to an 11 as it has for years now. Always has
updated early in the morning. Well, 5pm rolls around on the 1st and my tenure has yet to update. The only way I can think to force it to update is to delete the account off my 360 and redownload it. Voila! It did the trick; however... It never actually updated
on the Xbox One, The App, or Xbox.com. Before the whole "gap in service" thing gets mentioned about why my tenure hasn't updated: If i had a gap in service, the 360 would have never updated to an 11. Tenures not updating as well as tenures
reversing is actually a common issue within higher tenured members. If you go on Reddit, you will see a plethora of 10+ year members having their tenures drop from 11 and 12, to 8 and 9 on the Xbox One; yet not dropping on the 360. However, my tenure never
dropped, it just never updated. Xbox Supports Live Chat Agents even saw that my tenure should have went to 11 on the 1st based on my gold history. They even opened an SR which I can provide said number to those with proper credentials. I'm aware it takes
a little while longer to update on the One as it's not as instantaneous as the 360, but i've never had to wait over 8 days for it to update like I have now. The only way I can think of getting it to force update, is to have the gold on my account stripped
into a token which would make my account go silver, and after, reredeem the gold token so when my account goes gold it updates across all platforms. As you can see in the pictures below, my tenure is an 11 on 360 but still a 10 on the One. I've already deleted
the account off all platforms, played games, updated the bio etc etc etc to try to get it to update. No luck. Before support finds this thread, If anyone else has a 1000% way to fix this, let me know. Good luck to anyone else with this issue.

My Tenure is missing on Xbox One after Dashboard Preview Update

My tenure for my xbox account is missing from my Xbox One account, I am able to see my friend's tenures, and they cannot see mine. It is visible on 360, not xbox one. My tenure was visible on xbox one until the preview dashboard update. My Gold !membership
has been constant lately, so my account going silver is not the issue. HELP

 

Tenure! Bug on Xbox One only!

it can take about a week for your tenure to update on the xbox one after renewing your membership so just wait on it

 

Happens to me every year.My tenure will update on the 360 when it should but for some reason there's always a delay of a few weeks on the xbox one.

It should sort itself out & update but it is a common issue.
