    Tenure Stuck


    Hi,

    My xbox live tenure has been stuck on 3 years since August 2012 so by now it should of been coming up to 5 years this coming August. I have spoken to chat support and they told me to post here. So if someone could look into it that would be great,

    Hi there,

    A number of users have had tenure glitches that cause their tenure to either decrease or remain stuck where it is. It eventually corrects itself.

    PR!NCE DARKNESS, he is talking about ambassador tenure, not xbox gold tenure. ;)

    On topic - I was told on my post about this, that everyone's is stuck, as you probably already know. They are working on a fix, but i seems their progress is a bit slow. Everyone is waiting, including me.

    Sorry to hear it. However, any lapse to Silver would remove the tenure but not forget it. The missing tenure is a known issue however and they are working on fixing it. At this point in time they are saying that they don't know when this will be fixed
    but the tenure should show up again at the time of accounts anniversary. This would be so long as you do not have a lapse back to Silver, of course.
