Tenure stuck at one?

So as I'm sure we all know the number next to your gamer tag is the tenure of your Xbox Live Gold membership and that it increases every year you have it, but for some reason mine appears to be stuck at 1. I have been a member since the original Xbox I
think I got it in 2005 but when the 360 came out I held off on Gold as my connection wasn't stable enough when I moved to warrant the extra expense until roughly late 2012 and I have been a Gold member since. Despite this my account continues to say I have
only on year tenure in my Xbox One when it should be at least a 5 and my account auto renews every year on the same day so their is no lapse in time where my account it silver for more than a few hours.

Im having problems with the Ambassador things.

My tenure stuck, and I can't claim an outfit, because it says there is an error at this time. Can somebody help please?

Xbox Tenure Incorrect

My tenure is stuck at 5 even thought it should be at 6. My live ended for a quick day once this year, but I renewed it and my 5 year tenure came back shortly after. Does that affect anything? If so, any ways that I could fix the number?

Sorry to hear it. However, any lapse to Silver would remove the tenure but not forget it. The missing tenure is a known issue however and they are working on fixing it. At this point in time they are saying that they don't know when this will be fixed
but the tenure should show up again at the time of accounts anniversary. This would be so long as you do not have a lapse back to Silver, of course.

A number of users have had tenure glitches that cause their tenure to either decrease or remain stuck where it is. It eventually corrects itself.

PR!NCE DARKNESS, he is talking about ambassador tenure, not xbox gold tenure.

On topic - I was told on my post about this, that everyone's is stuck, as you probably already know. They are working on a fix, but i seems their progress is a bit slow. Everyone is waiting, including me.
