    Hello, all I am asking is a description of xbox live tenure.

    I also would like to know what a good Tenure number is in comparison to one who has a high tenure ranking for picking a new gamertag.

    So, how many of you are 10 year Xbox Live gamers?

    Not quite yet, but close.

    I think I'll be hitting a 7 year tenure later in December.

    Tenure Rankings

    Tenure is the amount of time you've had Xbox Live Gold. So if you have gold for a year (or a cumulative amount of 12 months of Gold), your tenure would be 1. Your tenure does not include times your subscription runs out but it picks back up when you renew
    your account.

    To be eligible for one of the re-released gamertags you would need to have a tenure of 1 year of Xbox Live Gold.

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    Hey, your tenure is a rank of your continuous subscription to xbox live gold. When your gold expires it will revert to zero.

    Ambassador profile

    You'll need to wait until your tenure goes up that's why that big 1 isn't going anywhere. Tenure and XP is what affects the Xbox Community Level rank. XP is the only thing that affects the Ambassador level now. There are no badges for Enforcement United
    and Xbox Community Level. For now, you'll only be seeing the updated Ambassador icons on your gamer card.
