    Tenure problem


    I currently have xbox live gold on my account and I have been playing on xbox live for years, I had a member of the support team help, so my profile would show the 'tenure' amount but now it has disappeared, they also said it may have been reset. I need
    help with this issue

    Was told to post the reference#[Mod Removed]

    Just wanted to try get an OG gamertag

    JUST SOLVE IT ! Tenure problem :)

    I've cleaned AGAIN the cache of my xbox, not just from harddisk, but from all memory units and internal memory unit, all caches..

    and re-downloaded for the 3rd time my gamertag..

    and then.

    8 is back on my tenure!

    Hey LeetheGoon,

    This can normally occur if there was a brief lapse in your Xbox Live gold subscription. This normally will resolve itself after waiting a full billing cycle (or 30 days). We recommend checking back in after 30 days if this does not reflect on your Xbox One
    console. This does not affect your actual tenure.

    Keep us posted after a full billing cycle!

    Tenure Problem

    Well lets say you bought your VERY first gold membership on January 1st 2010 and it was a year. You would then have 1 Year as of January 1st 2011. Now lets say that you don't buy another subscription for a month or two. So you're silver all of January.
    You decide to buy another subscription for a year on February 1st 2011. You will then have the two year symbol as of February 2012 instead of in January. I hope this clears things up for you. Let us know if you have any questions about that. :)

    Hey there, apologies, but it's not possible to change the tenure. You will have to purchase more Gold and as Miss K stated above, once you hit that two year mark, you will have that 2 tenure symbol back. :) Sorry for the inconvenience.
