    Tenure problem for only my account.


    Hi there. I recently chatted with Live Chat Support and was told to post here regarding my issue and to have the Enforcement Team help me out. My accounts Tenure is no longer being displayed yet my friend who got Xbox Live the same exact day I did 8 years
    ago is still showing his tenure. I will also note that I had my credit card stolen and because of that my Xbox Live account reverted to silver for a couple days. After I got my gold back, I did not receive the Tenure I had prior which I know I should have.
    If anyone can look into this issue, I'd gladly appreciate it. Thanks.

    yes I understand but my account had 3 years tenure and after renew to 12 month gold my tenure removed. pls look into my account and solve the problem

    Tenure problem for only my account.

    Enforcement will not be able to help with this. If your account reverted to silver the tenure won't show during that time. Give it about a week or so for the tenure to come back online.
