    Hello,

    Just need a little help with my Xbox live tenure. Around August 22 my tenure goes to the next number, this year being 8. On the Xbox 360 it shows the 8, however on the Xbox one it still shows the 7. Wanted to see if I can get some help on what is going
    on here.

    Xbox ONE Tenure missing/ disappeared.

    I can see all my friends TENURE icons & I use to be able to see my own TENURE on MY PROFILE on Xbox One.

    On 360, the tenure is displayed correctly on my profile. But the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile.

    My friend has confirmed that the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile page.

    I've deleted and re-added my account on Xbox One and checked my Privacy settings.

    HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!!!!

    Tenure on xbox one

    You will not lose your tenure if you go to Xbox One. The tenure is linked to your Xbox Live Gold Subscription, which can be used for both 360 and One. To check your tenure on Xbox One, just go to your profile (selecting it from the Home screen or selecting
    your profile at the top) and when viewing your profile you will see your Tenure to the left.
