Tenure not updating.

Hi my tenure anniversary date of 3/28 has passed and my tenure is still at 9 instead of 10. I have had constant Gold membership the whole time and my account is good til September 2015.

I had a similar issue last year that was not fixed until 2 months later.

Any help?

prior to my membership renewal, my tenure was 2 years. So now after my renewal, my tenure should be 3 years now.

Sorry to hear about the account issues, glad to hear that you were able to eventually redeem you Xbox Live membership. As far as the tenure issue, what did your tenure display prior to your membership renewal?

Just to clarify, Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox Live Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox Live Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox Live Gold

Tenure has been wonky as heck as of late. Mine disappeared completely a month ago and still has not refreshed. Twitter support told me tenure counter is updated once a month (it is probably even longer than this considering my tenure still hasn't reappeared
a month later). My guess is that when the counter updates itself, it will appear at 10. Hopefully my tenure will return at that time. I've had 2 accounts and tenure disappeared on both. I've noticed a few friends whose tenures have also disappeared. I wish
the tenure system was better.

 

I am the same dude, I have had Xbox account for over 3 years, and it still says one year at the top. It has happen to a lot off people. I just hope they get it fixed soon.

 

Thanks for the comments. Looks like when tenure calculation was "readjusted" it messed it up for lots of people.

 

No problem Polanker. I can attest to your frustration on the matter. While essentially pointless, it is a cool little addition to the gamercard and I don't like not having it on my card. Especially with a 50k GS people get suspicious with no tenure counter
there :l. Hopefully it is fixed soon.

 

Mine should also have increased from 9 to 10. I know it was my anniversary date also because they asked for updated billing info since the previous card expired. That was about a month ago.

 

Going on 2 months and still not updated.

 

Mine's been completely gone for 3 months.

 

I would appreciate if Xbox support here could provide some help.

I let myself go silver, then renewed with a pre-paid, and my tenure is FINALLY back!

I really hope yours gets fixed soon man. First time I've seen my tenure on 360 since March, so I'm happy.
