Tenure not showing.

Hey, I recently have gotten an Xbox One. I ran out of Gold and after I bought a Gold subscription it is now missing. How can this be fixed?

My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

My tenure still not showing up on the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

Hey there, EpicXploitz! After going to a free account, your tenure disappears. Once you purchase Gold again, it can take a full billing cycle (30 days) before your tenure will show up again.

If it hits 31 days and you're still not seeing your tenure, please post back in here so that we can look into it further.

my tenure isnt showing for me at all, but it shows my wifes tenure of a year but i had 7, and now it doesnt show for me anywhere

It shows 6 Years tenure from my end. Perhaps you can post a picture of your Gamercard showing the "-1" Tenure.

If you read the sticky about the tenure issue you'd have seen that there was an issue with people showing an incorrect tenure, including a tenure of more time then they really acquired.

That did happen to me in the past, but in those cases no tenure showed at all for a while. Now my tenure does show, but it is wrong, and it's been wrong for over a month now.
