    Tenure not displaying correctly on 360


    I recently purchased a new 360 because my old one had broke. When I downloaded my account it says I am only 11 years and I know this is wrong because on my Xbox One it displays 12 years. I tried deleting my account off the 360 and downloaded again. That
    didn't fix it, what can I do to correct this?

    Xbox live Tenure missing

    I am having the same issue. Xbox One tenure disappeared since I last checked. But Xbox 360 shows it correctly.

    Microsoft Support confirmed that my tenure is still valid and correct on my account. It just not displaying on Xbox One correctly, for some unknown reason & their engineers are aware of the issue.

    Hey Onthefly350yard! I do in fact see that you should be showing 10 years of tenure, which is great! Do you think you could tell us when you first noticed this incorrect tenure displaying? Have you tried all the steps suggested in the thread medium block
    linked? Let us know!

    Still curious why I have a different tenure on my 360 than my Xbox One. Why is this, anyone know?

    Have you tried deleting your profile off the X360 HDD and re-downloading it? This usually fixes tenure issues.

    My xbox tenure was reset?

    The forums would not be able to reset your Tenure, if it's even possible it would need to be Support.

    However, when you say a green circle with Tenure, is that on Xbox One? What happens if you look on Xbox 360? Does your Tenure display correctly there or not? I did see a few months ago people saying they were having issues on One seeing the correct number
    but not on 360.

    If it does display correctly on 360, try logging out of and back into your account on the One.
