Tenure not changing

Ok i know there is a sticky about it, but once again my tenure hasnt changed i did a post last year around the same time, i know it seems pointless but its my 10th year on xbox live with the same account.

I've deleting my profile off all xbox 360s in my house and the xbox one, i even left it for 2 days before redownloading and it hasnt changed, i bought 12+1 gold, it even says on dashboard renew to stay gold.

Shall i just leave it and then post the same next year.

Looking into your account, your tenure showing as 8 is correct. While I can't go into specifics on a public forum, there does seem to be a bit of
non-Gold time.

While you did renew for that time, your tenure doesn't increase until you have completed enough to have a full year added.

 

If i added 12 months on the 4/09/13 is that not a year of live, i have added 13 months (12+1) this year well before my expire date of 4/9/14 so please tell me where the year is to chnage to 10 on my gamercard, am i missing something. There was no break from
live so in my eyes or anyone else with or without a calculator a year has passed plus 2 months but still my tenure hasnt.

 

Then you should have stated that in your original post. Otherwise, we didn't know all the facts.

Since there has been tenure issues, I'm not sure if there is an actual fix.
