Tenure not appearing on Xbox One

So I re-upgraded to gold last week and so far I've had 1 year cummulative tenure on Xbox live, maybe more. The Number appears on Xbox 360, but when i go to Xbox One, and go to profile. Its not there, whats the deal? Also I got Communications Banned for a
day, does that remove me from the Xbox Ambassador program or make me ineligable for certain things? I just ran into a hacker and sent him a message about how hes ruining the game, and used vulgar language. I just hope my rep is ok.

Xbox Tenure not appearing

I received my Xbox One two days ago and registered my Xbox Live Gold 12-month Gold subscription but my Xbox Tenure (the number of active Xbox live subscription years next to your GamerTag) isn't showing up on either my Xbox One, or my Xbox.com profile. Everything
else such as Achievements and pins are all there. I tried recovering my account but it did nothing.

My Xbox Live Tenure of 7+ years isn't showing up on Xbox One/ Windows 10 app

Recently I have noticed my tenure appearing and disappearing from my profile page on Xbox one and the Windows 10 Xbox app. Also when I try to access the Enforcement united page it's telling me I can't "enforce," due to a lack of tenure on Xbox Live. Not
sure if this pertains to it as well but I changed my gamertag about three weeks ago and the tenure vanished about a week ago. There have been no gaps in my Xbox Live gold, so I pretty sure that isn't a problem. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

Receiving an Enforcement action does indeed remove you from the Ambassador program. Your tenure however could take up to 48 hours to restore itself so just wait it out.

The best thing to do when running into people that are breaking the Code of Conduct is to
Report,
Mute/Block and move on.

Would like confirmation on Onyx's post if possible. Bumping this as the problem still persists. My tenure does appear on Xbox One, but not on 360...

Yeah, my gold was renewed 3 weeks ago. It appears on Xbox One, my tenure, but it's gone from my 360 profile. Has been for 3 weeks.
