Tenure missing on Xbox One!

I have had Xbox Live Gold for 2 years now, the 2 year tenure comes up on my account when i'm on my Xbox 360 but is gone when I go on my Xbox One. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Xbox ONE Tenure missing/ disappeared.

I can see all my friends TENURE icons & I use to be able to see my own TENURE on MY PROFILE on Xbox One.

On 360, the tenure is displayed correctly on my profile. But the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile.

My friend has confirmed that the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile page.

I've deleted and re-added my account on Xbox One and checked my Privacy settings.

My Tenure is also missing! I just moved over to Xbox One and had a 7 on my tenure..

G'day iDylanzz! Disappearing tenure on Xbox One is something we're working to fix. Your tenure hasn't gone anywhere; it's still stored and accurate on our end. When it ticks up to 3 years it should reappear, but in the meantime we hope to bring it back sooner.
We'll provide updates in this thread as we learn more about the issue.

I also have this problem I recently just ran out of gold and renewed it through the site and it says I have 3 years tenure on the 360 but nothing on the One. Misses Joust could you tell me if my tenure is still intact or not?

Anyone who's TENURE (Years on Live) icon is missing from their Xbox One profile page, please post your issues on the thread in the link below. There seems to be a connection between those profiles affected by the March 13, 2014 GOLD STATUS OUTAGE, were
select Xbox accounts turned SILVER for several hours & missing TENURES icons in Xbox One profiles.

So here we go again! My Tenure is Missing with the Newest November Update on Xbox One. I first re-downloaded my profile and cleared the cache and all but the my tenure is still missing. I was wondering, because on 360 it still showing my correct tenure.
I dont think I will get a response soon, but when of those ppl read this who can create a ticked for investigation or something, feel free to do so and email me on my Gamertag Connected Email or on Xbox Live. Thanks in Advance!
