    Tenure missing on Xbox One profile and Xbox app on Windows 10


    I have been having an issue for some time now where my tenure has come up missing from my Xbox One profile and the Xbox App on Windows 10. The only place my tenure shows is on my 360 profile. Wondering what steps I should take to get this issue rectified.

    Xbox ONE Tenure missing/ disappeared.

    I can see all my friends TENURE icons & I use to be able to see my own TENURE on MY PROFILE on Xbox One.

    On 360, the tenure is displayed correctly on my profile. But the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile.

    My friend has confirmed that the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile page.

    I've deleted and re-added my account on Xbox One and checked my Privacy settings.

    HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!!!!

    Tenure icon missing on xbox one

    I have 10 years xbox live gold and the tenure shows up fine on the 360.



    But its missing on the xbox one.



    Have tenure icons been removed from xbox one?

    Hey D3ATH, this has come up for people before. I read a post in the past where one of the support agents had said that it is a known issue and that, at worst, it should reappear around the same time as the anniversary of your account.

    There were no specific steps to take to bring it back.

    And yes I have a valid gold membership.

    My 10 years tenure still shows on my 360 but it is missing off the xbox one.
