Tenure is still not right

I spoke with an agent that says my tenure is my 360 one, and it hasn't added in my Xbone one yet..I know that is false, as it was supposed to go from 9 to 10 and instead went to 6..Has anyone else had this issue and seen it resolved ?

Xbox Gold Tenure Reset

Right now you're still showing as a Silver account. That will be why you are not showing tenure.

tenure problems

my tenure problems are with my ambassador profile, not my gold tenure, my tenure still reads 0

The way the tenure works is with the total time with paid (not trial) Xbox Live Gold status. It's not based on when the account started. If you check on
commerce.microsoft.com and add up your months with an Xbox Live Gold subscription does that equal out to 6 years?

This is where the confusion is---- In comparison I am going to level 11 Ambassador..... yet I know it's 9 (no screen shot to provide) And tenure is still part of ambasadorship right???

I don't believe being Gold has anything to do with tenure, for example there is a silver profile on my xbox that people use when they come over and play. After it being a silver account for about a year I had a one month code that I put on it and it's tenure
was 1 year and I bet if I put another month on it, the tenure would still be one, maybe even 2 by now.

Also I have had lapses of gold between renewing like right now and my tenure still changes September 22nd like clock work which is the exact date I signed up.
