    Hey guys, I’ve been on Xbox for almost 17 years and my tenure on my profile that showed a 16 is gone. It’s been like this for months now ever since I recovered it, I contacted support a while ago and they told me to give it some time, it’s months and it still hasn’t shown and it really hurts that it’s gone because I’ve had Xbox since you had to get gold through a disc. Any help?

    Thanks for reaching out, I'm not sure what causing this issue, but once I changed my profile picture, the same issue happened to me. The system still has this information it might just a loading error issue. It should come back in no time.

    This has happened with many others in the past, myself included. It eventually sorts itself out and appears back on your profile as usual.

    There's not much to troubleshoot. I've changed my profile settings multiple times. (Everything is public)

    Ive tried recovering my account again. Restarting my xbox. I just want to know if it has something to do with my Xbox Game Pass expiring.
