Tenure Gone

Hi there,

I recently had an issue were I used a twelve month prepaid code in march of this year, but my account had lost gold access prematurely due to a software error. After a lengthy chat with support I was able to get my gold reinstated, however my Xbox One used
to show I had a 9 year tenure with Xbox Live gold, my Xbox now shows my account as being brand new with no years of previous gold. I was about to reach 10 years of continuous Xbox Live gold this December and would like to have my tenure reinstated.

My tenure has also gone from 10 to 7.

 

Sorry to hear it. However, your gamertag still shows as Silver and this would be why your tenure is still not showing. Please contact phone support again to get the membership thing worked out.

After that it can take up to a week for the tenure to repopulate your account.

 

I now have the same issue. Last night everything was fine then my tenure was gone. Support says my account shows 0 years but was created in 2002. My account turned 13 this year and in one day my tenure vanished. Could this have something to do with the preview
program? My account has never been silver and never lapsed so I don't know whats going on. Please help I've had this account since the live beta!

 

Just hooked up my 360 and the years are still intact. My tenure is only missing on Xbox One

 

I'm having a similar issue. My tenure is simply gone for no reason.

 

Hey all,

if you recently renewed your subscription it can take a bit of time for it to show on your Xbox One. We don't have an exact date as to when your tenure will appear, but will populate around the time of your subscription anniversary. Keep an eye out
