Tenure Gone After Renewal

Coming up on 2 months now and still no tenure.

 

I have a similar problem. I didn't run out of gold but my 360 tenure stopped counting after I started playing on the Xbox One. I've had gold for over 4 years and I noticed my gamertag turned 4 while playing Titanfall on Xbox One, but after I went back to
the 360 it didn't update and it's still at 3 yrs. I tried to clear cache, delete profile only and redownload but it didn't help. It works fine on Xbox One though...

 

I'm the same dude, mines was on 3 years and since they done the new Update back in last year, mines has also went back to 1 and its stuck there and it wont change.

The tenure counter on Xbox Live appears to have some issues affecting random users, it's something that's being looked into by Xbox Support (see here: forums.xbox.com/.../441105.aspx). Follow that link, there's a handful of troubleshooting steps you can
try to see if it'll revert to your correct tenure.



Remember Tenure increases every time a full 12 months of Xbox Live Gold time have elapsed on the account. Also, being Silver will not cancel the Gold time acquired, but tenure will not increase until Gold time has been added
again. There is nothing really more that we can suggest about this.

 

That is strange indeed, my tenure is just completely gone from 360. On Xb1, it's there.

 

ZAJAXZ, ask the people to help you to fix it.

 

Did, months ago. Had a service request, months ago. Tenure disappeared, months ago.

Support hasn't done anything. Communication on their end non existent. Wondering if this problem will ever be solved.

 

Ask the Supporter to help you out I hope this will solved soon

 

I wish an ambassador would actually read this thread and try to help seeing as it's been 3 months..

 

Try not to worry that much and don't you phone support ?, plus XBL 360 Server will be shutdown in 2016, so once your on XB1 then you will be happy ....

 

This can be closed. I let myself go silver, renewed via a prepaid, and finally got my tenure back..

 

Have you tried redownloading your account? I usually buy a 12 month every year , and renew before it expires...
