Tenure Gone After Renewal

Hey all, so my tenure of 6 yrs has disappeared after renewing live today. It was pretty much instantly renewed after going silver. Any fix to this?

I notice that the forums haven't updated to reflect my gold either.

Tenure not updating

prior to my membership renewal, my tenure was 2 years. So now after my renewal, my tenure should be 3 years now.

 

My Xbox live tenure is gone after renewal

My Tenure reset to 1 yesterday after renewing a 12 month membership I had 3 years tenure, I reset the cache and redownloaded my account and its not working

 

If you reverted to Silver before adding the Gold then the tenure will not show up right away. It will come back to you at the current tenure level. Just give it about a week.

 

Is this always the case? Last month, I turned silver + renewed. The tenure instantly reappeared.

 

Would like confirmation on Onyx's post if possible. Bumping this as the problem still persists. My tenure does appear on Xbox One, but not on 360...

 

Anyone have any fix ideas? Going on a week now, still no fix.

That did not offer much unfortunately. My tenure is still missing! Going on 3 weeks now. I don't know why support seems to be so baffled by this. I have exhausted all options...twitter, live chat, these forums. Is there really no fix to this? Surely I cannot
be the only one having this problem?

It appears on Xbox One. But Not Xbox 360.

I have tried clearing my cache, updating Xbox Live, and redownloading my profile..all to no avail. It is still missing.

Heck, I even had a special ticket requested based on the problem...weeks ago...and haven't heard anything. Not a phone call, not an email. Very frustrating process.

 

You need to buy gold membership then your tenure should be display on your profile.

 

I've been gold for 3 weeks now...the tenure never re-appeared once I re-attained gold.

Yeah, my gold was renewed 3 weeks ago. It appears on Xbox One, my tenure, but it's gone from my 360 profile. Has been for 3 weeks.

 

Hopefully it get sort it soon.

 

I renewed again today, but tenure still gone.
