Tenure Disappeared from profile

Same has happened on my X1 profile. Tenure is correct on my 360 profile and no lapse in gold for 6 years. I noticed it missing a few weeks ago with no response why.

I am having the same issue. 10+ years of Xbox Live Gold subscription without a lapse. My '10' tenure icon has disappeared from my profile.

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

Tenure has been wonky as heck as of late. Mine disappeared completely a month ago and still has not refreshed. Twitter support told me tenure counter is updated once a month (it is probably even longer than this considering my tenure still hasn't reappeared
a month later). My guess is that when the counter updates itself, it will appear at 10. Hopefully my tenure will return at that time. I've had 2 accounts and tenure disappeared on both. I've noticed a few friends whose tenures have also disappeared. I wish
the tenure system was better.

My tenure occasional disappears too, but never for really long periods. I think the longest it's been missing is a day or two, and it doesn't happen very often.

If it disappears for a long time, install the Xbox Insider Bundle app from the store. Once installed, go to your profile page where the missing tenure badge ought to show, then hold down the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the shut down screen and choose "Report a problem". You can then file a bug report which will go to the devs.
