Tenure! Bug on Xbox One only!

I contacted phone support about this issue today and was told in order to solve my issue I needed to make a post on the forums. My tenure shows up on my Xbox 360 and shows that I have accumulated 5 years as a gold member. Phone support even checked my billing
subscription history to verify this. However, on my Xbox One my tenure is not displayed at all after I renewed my membership as of recent. It should still show 5 years because it is cumulative and not consecutive. Which means, even though I had a gap in between
being a gold member this should not affect my accumulated time as a gold member. It doesn't show any number at all for my tenure on my Xbox One. Phone support said it also showed 0 years when they checked on my account online. I need help from a Microsoft
employee who has the authority to solve this issue. Please help!

My xbl tenure went 12 years to 11

Am i the only one ?

HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!! Xbox One TENURE icon missing

My Tenure is also missing on my Xbox One account. On my Xbox 360 it´s showing up correctly 4 years. I hope this bug will be fixed soon.

it can take about a week for your tenure to update on the xbox one after renewing your membership so just wait on it

I've seen other reports of this same issue and some say over time the issue was still never resolved. So, it is a guess and waiting game.

To increase your XCL level, you need both to meet both an XP and a tenure requirement. Since tenure is not accumulating at the moment due to a bug, you won't be able to raise your XCL level. The current ETA for the bug fix is 30 August. Don't worry, your
tenure during the bugged period will be added once it's fixed.

The Ambassador specialisation only requires a certain number of assists (no tenure requirements), so I'm assuming that's the loot level you are talking about (there are different loot trees for the specialistions).

What does your tenure say?

If your tenure is at 0, that is why... You need the tenure too, to advance in level...

Currently about 5% in the program is still affected with the tenure bug, and can therefor not gain tenure...

If yours is at 0 you are one of the 5%... Nothing to do, other than wait for it to be fixed..
