    Tenure at Zero


    Hi there, I know this seems to be a common problem as of late. My Xbox One profile has no tenure, should be around 5 years.

    I just came back to Xbox after 11 months of my account being silver. Bought a 12 month code a few days ago and it still has yet to update my tenure. Please tell me it hasn't permanently reset due to me being away for a while Tenure at Zero :(

    2 Months for 2 Dollars deal expired? Customer service was useless.

    It's obviously not dependant on my tenure because it's a promotion available to silver members only. (Tenure Zero.)

    yes me too I have same problem and i did all suggesions but still tenure is zero. My tenure was 3 and I cant prove it!
