A mí me pasa lo mismo ya descargue hasta un mapa que venia de extra pero el resident 5 ni sus luces,

similar situación me ocurrió cuando compre el resident 5 gold edition(hace como 2 semanas) y de igual manera el código del contenido gold no era válido acudí al soporte de capcom y es la hora que no me responden, viendo lo malo y lo bueno ahora ya tengo
el contenido gold, lo malo es que vendí mi resident 5 y ahora que compre el archives edition tengo el resident 5 pero no lo puedo canjear jajaja... que mala suerte tengo.

Si alguien puede resolverlo que me diga como
