Tenchu: Return From Darkness

I would like to say good evening to you all. Im speaking on the idea that i feel the game Tenchu:Return From Darkness should be able to play on the kinect XBOX 360, yet it is not because it is not on the list for backwards compatibility original XBOX games
that can be played on the kinect XBOX 360. I can understand that Microsoft may not want all Original XBOX games to play on XBOX 360, however i highly sugest that they make an update so that Tenchu: Return From Darkness can be played on the kinect XBOX 360.

What console are you seeing this error on? Have you tested the disc on another console by chance?

They stopped adding games to the backwards compatible list a few years ago so never going to happen i'm afraid.

 

Ok true, i understand they decide which games they want to have backwards compatible, but should all orignal XBOZ games be?

 

Only some of the more popular original xbox games were made backwards compatible & most of them were quite buggy when played on the 360.

Despite it's fairly short lifespan there were a lot of games on the old xbox,probably would of taken to much time & money to make them all backwards compatible.

 

Yeah it's pointless at this time, especially when the 360 is near its end I imagine. The Xbox One will probably get a lot of the original Xbox games as digital titles or HD remakes at some point.

 

The fact that they failed to make all former games playable on new consoles is rediculose. Almost unacceptable. Luckily I love xbox so much more than playstation. All my hopes and dreams of my kids playin the games i played r now dashed to the ground. THANKS
GUYS U NAILED THIS ONE. What am i supposed to do now? Who still sells orginal xboxs, much less ones in good condition im sure. Pawnshop rummaging thanks guys got to go buy a whole other console when i have an xbox sittin right in front of me. By the way 360
is an xbox also. This is not so much a reply to this thread as it is a simple message.

 

My kids may never know the awesomeness of havin tenchu 2 theme song stuck in their head as they stealth kill their badasses thru ancient japan up till an office in the future. Damnit!
