    Any chance people could just post ONE game, I think it would improve the thread, otherwise it is just a name a good game thread, I'd rather it be a "name one game that truly deserves a 10/10 thread...

    Not worried about it, it would just be a better thread if people just posted one game each, it's hard to pick one game, so I want people to do just that, it shows that people have really thought about their answer...

    I personally don't think it would have any impact on the thread at all.... Plus games have been around for a while now that surely there would be more then one 10/10?

    Ten out of ten!

    Halo Combat Evolved, and the Splinter Cell Trilogy on the Original Xbox.

    I've played many, many games on many systems before and since, and nothing compares to the excitement of playing Halo CE. Even the glitches had a way of being utilized for making the game play exciting.

    Splinter Cell series was simply awesome.

    @Low, In my opinion there is nothing that could be improved on the GameCube version of Metroid Prime hence the 10/10 score.

    I played it years later on the Wii and it was just as good except for the Wii's controls, that's why I gave the GameCube version 10/10 and not the Wii version.

    If it was re released on WiiU with Pro Controller support I'd buy a WiiU the same day.

    I think it might just be THE best game EVER made in my opinion, and that's not a statement I make lightly!

    "Oblivion" remains one of the greatest Role Playing Game released.

    The game had the potential to be completely character driven with your character's experience being shaped by the backstory, personality and desires that you gave them.

    As such it had the potential to deliver an incredibly different play experience on subsequent playthroughs.

    A masterpiece in Roleplaying Entertainment that unfortunately provided more than enough rope for those who couldn't roleplay to hang themselves with no doubt leading to the over-written and in your face nature of most quests in "Skyrim".

    It's easy to say "Skyrim" was 'dumbed down' simply because it was more accessible. Attracting a wider audience isn't a negative thing and it's great to see that with each installment of "The Elder Scrolls" they are adapting and evolving and providing something
    new.
