biz is awesome! Az, you should see her in Crackdown she kicks cars like footballs but when I give them a good kick, they merely rattle lol.

I want to add another 10 / 10 and this game was pretty overlooked back in its day. Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Love that series, loved that game!

I haven't played a Spyro since the GBA :/ lol

 

I would appreciate it if people only posted one game they think truly deserves a 10/10 score, I think this will encourage people to really think about their answer...

I am surprised Metroid Prime was not really mentioned in this thread...

 

i have never played a truly "perfect" game with no problems, no issues, no minor hiccups that make me question something in the game.

sure there are plenty of great titles that i'll buy simply because of the pedigree, or games i've played over and over again while ignoring newer and shinier games...but none that i've not had a single problem with. i tend to play in the now, the game i
play at that moment is the best game i could ever possibly play, on the best possible version at that moment...i switch around a lot, swapping out games and whatnot.

 

There really are no 10/10 games. If you give a game a 10 you essentially are saying nothing can be improved upon and thats simply not true.Every game has something that could be better.

 

The closest thing to a 10 that I've ever played was Shadow of the Colossus.

 

Halo 3, Age of Empires II and Dark Souls all get 10/10 from me.

 

@Low, In my opinion there is nothing that could be improved on the GameCube version of Metroid Prime hence the 10/10 score.

I played it years later on the Wii and it was just as good except for the Wii's controls, that's why I gave the GameCube version 10/10 and not the Wii version.

If it was re released on WiiU with Pro Controller support I'd buy a WiiU the same day.

I think it might just be THE best game EVER made in my opinion, and that's not a statement I make lightly!

 

What made Metriod Prime so impressive to me was a new company (Retro...I think) took a legendary franchise like Metroid......transformed it into a 1st person shooter and retained all the things that made the 2D platformers so great. It was a huge risk that
paid off, and for that alone, deserves consideration as a 10 out of 10.

Super Mario 64 - N64

 

For me it is easily Skyrim - just incredible. Also Kotor, Halo 1, Fallout 3, Red Dead all deserving. I did play oblivion and enjoyed that alot, I just didn't like having to go to each warp area to kill the next wave of invading demons... seemed to get
a bit repetitive but great game.

 

point and clicks for me the first one that got me was Loom and then the best of the bunch has got to be the Monkey Island 1 & 2 classics....
