    I Let me self today write to you because I have a problem about the ban. It been now form 1/2 months my account is banned, it was debanned then last night again banned. I think this is an abuse. I play with my friends and my family. I pay my monthly subscription,
    I respect your code of conduct etc. Due to this abuse, I can not fully benefite from the xbox live. I'd like it to stop because its actually starts to be annoying. Thank you in advance.
