    tried to activate a review, with the TOS and CoC in hand, while on the phone with an xbox employee playing the game, "who wants to be unbanned from xbox" using several employees to assist in answering questions. Smooth sailing for most of it. However even
    the employees got some answers wrong. And even clicking the correct button the system told me it was wrong, then proceeded to tell me i was right, even though it failed me.

    I would like to talk to someone about this issue, post haste.

    How long am I suspended for?

    Hello!

    I'm just posting this because I'm confused as to why my other gamertag "Spawz 12" was temporarily banned from Xbox Live. This is my first ban, so I'm kind of confused as to what had happened. I called in and was able to get some help from
    one of the people at Xbox and he told me to check my email and compose a post here as it wasn't clear to why I had been banned in my emails. The email I received mentioned a problem with messaging. I'd just like to see how I can obtain proof for the ban. I
    don't want to come off as a bad person as I'm extremely sarcastic when talking to people on Xbox Live and some may take offense to it. I just don't want this ban to follow my account to the Xbox One, should I buy one. I received multiple messages from Xbox
    Live saying that I had been banned for 1 day, 2 days, a week, and 2 weeks. I hope there was a mistake of some sort as this was my first gamertag and I'd hate to stop using it because of the chance of a permanent ban if there were to be a problem another time.
    My xbox live also runs out at the end of the month and it'd be a waste to lose these last couple of weeks. Also, please ignore the immature gamertag on this account. I made this some time ago as a joke and it was the only other account available which I could
    use to post this.

    Support are not allowed to help you with the questionnaire.

    They also do not know how the forums work.

    Creating duplicate threads about the same subject is against forum rules.

    You have been told the enforcement team do not use the forums.

    i had that in hand, and still failed the questionaire. The CoC is useless for answering the survey.

    If they aren't "allowed" i guess a dozen people over at support need to be fired.

    so... They (support) direct me to the forums... I even ask multiple times before posting a second post... But they insist i do that. But the only way to contact enforcement is through the questionaire... Which is impossible... So... Its impossible to contact,a
    department that has unilateral control over that aspect of microsoft product... Pretty sweet deal, even though it sucks for me.

    My LIVE Account was Suspended
    where the PET (Policy Enforcement Team) will then get back to you with full reasoning for your suspension.

    Thanks I've tried this but as soon as I sign in it puts me back to the temporarily suspended screen and can go no further I think its the email address for the account as I've just tried to log to email address attached to the live account and can't use
    it I'm at a loss on what to do.

    The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

    Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the last year
    and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

    Please try another browser if you can't do a case review. Internet Explorer and Edge are built into Windows 10. Search for them in the Start menu.
