Temporary suspension notice from Live? WHAT??????

I received a notice via email that the Microsoft Enforcement team had suspended my ability to chat etc for "inappropriate communications".

this is of course completely false. I don't Play multiplayer games that are public, I haven't in at least a year. I only play private party games with my friends. I've been a live customer since the gen 1 console.I have endured poor service, Xbox being down
countless times, the piece of crap Xbox 360 failures (I went through 3 consoles) and still stuck with this platform even though I knew I should have made the switch to PlayStation.The EXTREMELY frustrating part is there is no way to contact the enforcement
team to dispute it. My suspension was only 1 day but that's not the point. They were wrong and had no business suspending me. After reading hundreds of pages of complaints on this forum its clear that the enforcement team is out of control and has ZERO accountability
to the customer. here is what I suggest:

I would suggest reporting Microsoft to the BBB (Better business bureau) and your states Attorney general. that's what I'm doing. If your local news station has a consumer advocacy reporter contact them too, they love doing stories on big corporation that
abuse their customers. Then go to social media and spread the word EVERYWHERE. Facebook etc Document all this and send a letter to Microsoft. if enough people do this they will start paying attention. Next, cancel your live account, make sure when you do,
that you tell Microsoft exactly why you are cancelling it and that you will be immediately signing up with Sony.

Temporary Suspension

Hello!

I'm just posting this because I'm confused as to why my other gamertag "Spawz 12" was temporarily banned from Xbox Live. This is my first ban, so I'm kind of confused as to what had happened. I called in and was able to get some help from
one of the people at Xbox and he told me to check my email and compose a post here as it wasn't clear to why I had been banned in my emails. The email I received mentioned a problem with messaging. I'd just like to see how I can obtain proof for the ban. I
don't want to come off as a bad person as I'm extremely sarcastic when talking to people on Xbox Live and some may take offense to it. I just don't want this ban to follow my account to the Xbox One, should I buy one. I received multiple messages from Xbox
Live saying that I had been banned for 1 day, 2 days, a week, and 2 weeks. I hope there was a mistake of some sort as this was my first gamertag and I'd hate to stop using it because of the chance of a permanent ban if there were to be a problem another time.
My xbox live also runs out at the end of the month and it'd be a waste to lose these last couple of weeks. Also, please ignore the immature gamertag on this account. I made this some time ago as a joke and it was the only other account available which I could
use to post this.
