    I got communication banned for 24 hours and i need xbox enforcement help removing it. All i did was play overwatch then this guy annoyingly killed me with lucio and he sent me a message saying git gud so i responded with pussy. A harmless word.

    Thanks, ive already tried that an this is what it says:

    Enforcement Detail :- This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications
    features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox
    One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges.

    Is my comm ban permanent or temporary? it says both but im not sure.

    The information about temporary suspension and permanent suspension is just default information listed on the site. It does state that your privileges are only affect until the 26th, so it is a temporary suspension.

    For information about your suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com but the enforcement team does not review 24 hour suspensions. Even though you think the word you wrote is harmless, it does violate the code of conduct.

    In future, just ignore, mute, or block the other user causing problems. Makes things a lot easier.

    bans, and other enforcement actions. Maybe you had some sort of enforcement action such as Communication suspension.



    Communication suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
    video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

    The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

    How you are notified

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
    in the day specified in the suspension message.
