    so basically my friend gave me a account last month but I had the account for a good week and his xbox got banned I called Microsoft and texted them but they all tell me the same thing "go to enforcement.com " I did and I CAN'T SIGN IN it just says I'm temporarily
    suspened I'm posting this so Microsoft can actually help me get unsuspend it's been a month already a month.....if Microsoft reads this aka the support team pls pls help me my email is @*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    SUSPENED?

    i am having problems with knowing what my suspention is. i have not gotten a email and called support. i got hacked 5 to 6 months ago and ever since i got my profile back all kind of weird things have happened to my account with my gamerscore and my bio
    going to code of conduct. i think i have a bug on my profile. but my questions is how am i suspended and what happened and how can i fix this? THANKS

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. The enforcement website is the only place to receive assistance for suspensions/bans. Keep in mind it does violate the code of conduct to give anyone access to your account information. So you and your friend
    did violate the code of conduct if he gave you an account.

    If all of these things happened while the account wasn't under your control you will have to open a unauthorized access case
