Temporary Suspended Account

I have been temporary suspended on my Xbox one account. I would like to know why I have been suspended and the possibility of having my account suspended because I believe i have done nothing wrong at all. I was just playing a game of Grand Theft Auto V
while in an Xbox one party.

when i go to post there it says i need an admin to allow me to post there and if an email notification is allowed then i will be notified.
