    hi i have still have not had any information about when this gets sorted, and Xbox rewards convert very soon and I dont no what happens to my 44k credits, any kind of information would be nice because the lack of communication is very annoying, a response
    that isn't the copy and paste rubbish I have received continuously ould be helpful, because so far the responses i have received are the same copy and paste answer and are far from helpful at all

    Hello STRETCH 0891,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience. This issue is why in the Vault Credit FAQ we recommended selecting an alternative prize:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    Regarding what will happen to your Credits if they are unable to be converted, this is also listed in our transition FAQ:

    What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?



    If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
    Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.



    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
    transition to Microsoft Rewards.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. For example, your deposit near the end of December was a result of their efforts. Unfortunately, at the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how
    data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have identified your issue and resolved it. You should see the Credits shortly.

    Regarding your deposit, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
    in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your other History Credits were pending earlier in the month, they were not deposited until the end of month deposit cycle.
