Temporary Delay in Deposits

I cannot request deposit of my rewards balance.

The following error appears on my rewards page.

Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach
out to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way.

I posted on the rewards forum page in November but my post is no longer visible.

I have already updated my details on the Microsoft Commerce Accounts and Billing section.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Well this team hasn't contacted me in any way and its only due to friends that are constantly reminding me that there getting rewards that i bothered to check why my account isn't working.

After a conversation with your online help who's only recommendation was to reboot the console ( even though this is a website problem viewing this on my laptop ) You don't have a clue whats going on.

Please can someone look into this problem and fix it as there are thousands of outstanding points that im unable to claim due to this issue.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received a resolution for your deposit error, which we described on your last post at (Account status : attention needed, Please check your account information so we can make a deposit.).
At the current time, our other team is working on correcting this error for users, but has not provided us with an estimate on when this error will be resolved for all users affected. Apologies for the inconvenience.
