Temporary console suspension unlifted after 7 days and counting

I was given a two week console suspension, which was suppose to be lifter on July 6th, 2017 at 1am. It is now July 13th, 2017 3pm and my suspension is not lifted.

I tried calling customer support three times. Day one, rep says I have to wait 24 hours. Day two, wait 24 hours. Day three, I'm told there's nothing customer support can do. I asked to speak with a floor manager. He also tells me, there's nothing they can
do.

All three times I was told customer service and the enforcement team have nothing to do with each other. Which that is okay. To not have a contact number or email, and be guided to the forums to report my issue is absurd.

I understand I have caused this suspension and take full blame for it. However, I am not taking blame for the enforcement teams mistake. This is totally unacceptable.

The fact I can't directly contact someone within the enforcement team is ludicrous and should be rectified.

I had a question about comms suspensions. I know it goes 1 day comms suspension, 7 day, 14 day. What happens after 14 days? Do they start to give you temporary service suspensions or do they go straight to a permaban after that?

 

Unlifted suspension

Gday. I was suspended a few weeks ago for comunications. The suspension was ment to be lifted on the 27th at 8.55pm. All the comunications is still blocked on my xbox live. Can anyone help please??????

Try to remove your account from the console, power cycle your console and add your account again

 

i tried to power cycle. tried clearing the cache, reset keeping apps and games, and full reset to no prevail. my console should not be suspended anymore. a month of wasted money trying to figure out whats going on. @ok fowl, i know how the enforcement works,
i was told by a customer service rep that my console was no longer suspended. There is no option to submit a case review. the account in question, is muted until September 30th, 2017. It's only a com suspension, that has nothing to do with my console not being
able to play any games or even use a second account.

 

will someone please help me. im not begging for a suspension that is active to be taken away. im asking for a suspension to be taken away that should not be there anymore in the first place. I cannot speak with anyone besides posting to the forums in hopes
that a MOD or someone from enforcement see's this. You two are ambassadors, can i have some real answers here... like commmmmon
