  1. Temporary console suspension still active 8 days after the suspension was "lifted"

I was given a two week console suspension, which was suppose to be lifter on July 6th, 2017 at 1am. It is now July 14th, 2017 3:30pm and my suspension is not lifted.

I tried calling customer support three times. Day one, rep says I have to wait 24 hours. Day two, wait 24 hours. Day three, I'm told there's nothing customer support can do. I asked to speak with a floor manager. He also tells me, there's nothing they can
    do.

All three times I was told customer service and the enforcement team have nothing to do with each other. Which that is okay. To not have a contact number or email, and be guided to the forums to report my issue is absurd.

I understand I have caused this suspension and take full blame for it. However, I am not taking blame for the enforcement teams mistake. This is totally unacceptable. The fact I can't directly contact someone within the enforcement team is ludicrous and
should be rectified. Really don't want to hear "go to enforcement page, blah blah blah" because that is no help whatsoever. I know for a fact my console is suppose to be active but due to the enforcement teams negligence, i am still unable to use it. Please
don't recommend I go check out how long it is suspended for, because it isn't.

I have tried to reset keeping the games and apps, tried to clear cache, tried to power cycle it, finally tried factory reset. Nothing is working, and all I keep getting told is to visit the enforcement page. For what though? There isn't anywhere on the page
to DIRECTLY contact someone within the enforcement team.

Had a Staff member tell me that support is unable to assist. What are they there for then? No one is helping me solve this issue and im getting really frustrated. i deserve an answer more than "visit enforcement page" or "contact support". Neither of those
work. Someone guide me to solving this issue, please. I have been very patient and my patience is wearing thin.

This ins't fair, I was punished for my actions and did the time. Complaint free. I need answers, and please don't immediately lock my post after responding. I'd like to hear from more than one staff.

After all of this, in some way, shape, or form, Microsoft will tell me that my console is suspended longer than originally told. Again, that is totally unacceptable business practice. We pay for service, get punished when we do wrong,
but when the wrong doing is on the other foot, it gets swept under the rug. I'm sorry but that is not right.

Not the answer you want to hear, but support does not handle enforcement issues. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review. If a case review is not available, the only
thing you can do is wait out the suspension.

  7. Hey there xMr Deceptive,

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and 100 Day Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

To clarify as well, we don't have the ability to remove a suspension, only the Enforcement teams can do that. Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account?
Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently. It's possible the suspension on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead.

  8. Temporary console suspension still active 8 days after the suspension was "lifted"

Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action: Communications

Don’t contact Xbox Support. Support can’t provide suspension details.

    What happened?

Your Xbox One account communications privileges have been suspended due to harassment or bullying behavior. This suspension has a duration of 100 days.

    Why did this happen?

Your account participated in harassment, bullying, or other abusive behavior towards Xbox Live players. This conduct occurred via
communications such as messages or voice chat. This enforcement follows at least four previous suspensions for similar violations, demonstrating a pattern of inappropriate behavior and disregard for other players. Because of this history
and continued abusive behavior, a lengthier enforcement was necessary to protect other Xbox Live members.

Please take a moment to consider how your behavior impacts others. Every person deserves to enjoy Xbox Live, and it’s important to treat others as you would like to be treated. Keep in mind that future violations will result in appropriate measures, including
    permanent account suspension
    .

How does this affect my account?

This communications suspension blocks your account from communicating with other players for 100 days. This includes messaging, voice chat in multiplayer and parties, and video communications. During the
communications suspension, the account can continue to use Xbox Live, including online multiplayer.
At the end of the suspension all
    communications features will automatically return.

Note that the duration of your suspension is subject to change without prior notice if Xbox discovers evidence of additional Microsoft Services Agreement violations.

Where can I find out more?

Because of repeated opportunities to learn about previous violations and interact with other players in a positive way, this suspension is not eligible for a Case Review inquiry from enforcement.xbox.com.

To learn more about this violation and how to enjoy Xbox Live in a safe and productive way, visit:

¡ Enforcement.xbox.com’s harassment page (Xbox Enforcement | Stay Safe)

¡ The Microsoft Services Agreement (Microsoft Services Agreement)

¡ Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers (https://enforcement.xbox.com/Home/CodeOfConduct)

    Thank you,

Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team

I'm still confused as to why I still can't communicate on a secondary account using the Xbox One S (console with suspension), that was used primarily by the account with the 100 day suspension (prior to being suspended). I 'm able to communicate on my original
Xbox One (currently) logged on the "communication suspended" account and secondary account, with no issue. No where in that Email or any other Email I have received on the matter have mentioned ANYTHING about my console being suspended. Maybe you can shed
some light for me. Is it a possibility that my console in question has been suspended for 100 days and I haven't been told? If so, Don't you think it's a bit strange I haven't been told something like that? Also, maybe a compensation for the troubles would
    be a generous offering.

It was silly of me to ask for the suspension to be removed on here, but I was referring to someone within the enforcement team seeing this. Maybe, by chance, the post would catch some attention. I know support, staff on the forums, or ambassadors can't remove
the suspension. I'm desperate for answers and a resolution.

That looks like the e-mail notification for a specific suspension.

You should be able to find more details here: Enforcement History

That's also where the case review option is available. The forum staff and support staff are not part of the Enforcement team.

  10. Did you read everything that was posted? If you did then you would have read, that was the only email regarding anything RELEVANT to my situation regarding a suspension. The enforcement page TELLS ME NOTHING I NEED TO KNOW. I wouldn't be here posting if
the enforcement page had information I'm asking.

For the fifth time, there is NO OPTION to apply for a case review. Stop referring me to the enforcement page because there is no use to me at this point. I have went to it every time I have read a reply to my OP to make sure I check for a case review but
the suspension should have ended already. Therefore there is no option to review it.

I'M NOT ASKING ABOUT THE 100 DAY COMMUNICATION SUSPENDED ACCOUNT. My regards are to my console which is essentially now a brick.

For the record, I have read that enforcement may change suspensions with or without notice. Truly unprofessional. A business practice that I am 100% against. Lack of communications is really what is driving this whole fiasco 100 mph down the wrong side of
    the highway.

AGAIN LET ME STATE THIS SINCE IT'S BEEN MENTIONED A BUNCH OF TIMES. I AM FULLY AWARE FORUM STAFF, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND AMBASSADORS ARE NOT IN CONTACT WITH ENFORCEMENT TEAM. It was recommended to me, from support, to post on the forums. So that's what I'm
going to continue to do until a definitive answer arises. Until then, (hopefully OP doesn't become locked) I will keep this post alive.
