Temporary Console Ban With No Notice of Enforcement or Reason

So I have recently found out through contacting support, that I have received a temporary console ban. I have not received any form of notification for this, not from either a notification on my Xbox, an Xbox message, nor from either my email or my parents
email associated with my account. I have not done anything at all that would constitute a ban, at least at to the extent of my knowledge. I would like to talk to an Xbox Enforcement Agent because device bans can not send an enforcement ticket, nor have I received
any official or even non-official notifications about this ban. Please help me solve this problem, as all 3 support agents were unable to tell me the reason I was banned, which is important to know so as to not do it again. Thank you for your time if you gave

I got console banned, but I only got suspended not permanently banned.

I was console banned for no reason because I had a temporary ban that lasted until October 5. Then on October 11, I was console banned and there is no case or ban message on the enforcement website on why I got banned. Xbox enforcement please see this and
fix my Xbox one.

 

MY SUSPENSION HAS BEEN LIFTED BUT I STILL CANT PLAY OR TALK

I have a temporary console ban, i have not been sent a enforcement saying until when or a link regarding the status of the ban, my last enforcement lifted yesterday and i still cannot play online games or chat in parties with my friends, what do i do?

The Xbox Live Enforcement team does not use the forums and will not respond to forum posts. As you've already mentioned, device bans are not eligible for a case review. Those are not issued lightly and are handed down after careful deliberation.

If you are console sharing via the Home Console sharing, is it possible that someone on your console received an Xbox Live Enforcement action? If so, they would have received the email regarding the actions taken.

We are unable to assist or provide speculation regarding
Xbox Live Enforcement actions. Apologies for any frustrations this may cause.

I was specifically told by 4 Xbox Support agents to go to the forums if you need to contact the Enforcement team. Guess that was just another thing that was wrong that they said.

 

The enforcement team stopped using the forums several months ago.

Unfortunately for some reason most phone/chat support agents still don't know this & often tell people to post here to contact the enforcement team.
