Temporary Communication Ban. From 3/30/17 to 4/6/17

Hello, i am posting this today to hopefully get a better understanding if not resolve an issue with me getting a temporary communication ban. i filled a case review stating that i was given no information as to specifically what I did or said that was against
the code of conduct, hence my temporary ban. i checked my case review this morning to find out the decision was upheld and the reason for it was due to me saying/committing a act against a fellow XBL member that was not following the code of conduct. Still
wasn't told specifically what I did or said. i remember getting a 1 day ban 6yrs ago for swearing in my bio and i got an email stating exactly why i got the 1 day ban. This is very frustrating and confuusing. My GT is , HomiCydalAmnesa , plz help me if possible
get this fixed or at least to get me to an understanding of what specifically i did wrong. I haven't updated my email to my account yet also so the one I currently use is
[Mod Removed]. Plz help

Even though I'm unbanned, I still can't send messages due to past behavior

I was communication banned on 6-26-17 and console banned on 6-27-17 , the communication ban ended on 7-9-17 and the console ban ended on 7-11-17. I have no active bans right now but I still can't communicate on Xbox one. I try to send a message but it says
you can't do this because of past behavior.

 

Why am I still banned?

On 9/22/17 I received a communications ban that was said to be lifted on 10/6/17. In the middle of the communications ban I was then banned from playing multiplayer games online without any warning. It has been three days after my ban was supposed to be
lifted but I am still banned.

 

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat.

That being said the enforcement team was clear in the answer they gave you and since the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do but reflect on your behavior and read the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans.

 

I get that i was given the temporary ban for not following the code of conduct in communicating with another fellow XBL member. My problem is i have been given no knowledge of what i exactly said to this member nor do I even know the name of this said person. my
suspension is 5 days long and i think if im being accused of violating communication code of conduct that warrants for me to have the right to know my accuser or accusers and what I exactly said to them that got me my suspension. If not then how am i suppose
to reflect and learn from my mistake?
