Discus and support Temporary Banned Account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hello, Whenever I attempt to use party chat a message pops up "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some players".     Hello,

    Whenever I attempt to use party chat a message pops up "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some players". It then offers me "Go to privacy settings", I then go there and it says Allow, Eveybody, and Everybody. I contacted Xbox
    support and the agent recommended to make a forum explaining my situation.

    Acct Banned - questions

    Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

    For information on your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Keep in mind that investigations take time so your suspensions could be for something that happened weeks or months ago.

    Hey there,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
    information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
    HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
    Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    I was permanently suspended for nudity/sexual content and I have a temporary console suspension on my new account.

    It has to be a temporary ban because If it was permanent then it would've said "this account is permanently banned" where mine said "this account is suspended" I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself I just really hope it's temporary

    Why Does the Pet ban accounts until 12/31/9999, why dont they just ban it??????

    Probably because Administrators can ban an account until a specific date, to allow for a temporary ban.
