Temporary Ban

Hello everyone, It was more than important to write to you my highest dissatisfaction. On this day you have probably lost one of your most loyal customers in Belgium. I was banned 14 days from all live services because of a bad information on your part (buying a game abroad said authorized by one of your members on your chat support during your "so-called" problem of servers that blocked the EURO blinds.

You realize that in Belgium release day, a game is 59.99 maximum and you sell us 70 €.

Before we could go buy them on other stores where it was a bit cheaper but no, you blocked everything without warning and a lot of temporary ban have occurred because of that! The support despite its error sends me back to Xbox enforcment to have a deban by making sure that I will have seen the error. I explained the case. 5 days after !!!! I had the right to an automatic message all stupid me saying that no deban. not even trying to understand where anything is. we are very much in this case and we all had the same automatic "boat" answer. However, the manager of the site xbox-now, he was ban def, it was as if by chance a positive response and a deban !!! (proof to support) yet he sells the famous cards! I find it really ashamed the difference between 2 people you make. at the time of the 360 you had the best service in the world possible. I got 1 xbox 1 - 5 xbox 360 with the RROD I did not say anything - 1 One - 1 One S and currently 1 one X and I am treated like a ****.

I would like to communicate with someone who can solve my problem (other than xbox enforcment who answered me via a bot) who will listen to me and make his decision following the full explanation of the problem and not a bot.

hello just posting in concern that my Xbox account has been temporarily banned for no reason I just wanted to lay some Xbox and my account is banned just wanting to know why thanks

Dude, you're not listening. These spammers are mass messaging people that are NOT on their friends list. Block that. Either stop multiple messaging entirely or stop multiple messaging to anyone that's not on your friends list. It's that simple. All that
feature is ever used for is spamming.

All enforcement decisions are checked manually on the reported incident. If your language, etc have been found to be in breach of the code of conduct, then a enforcement will be handed out.

Being a long term player, or having thousands of pounds on your account, will not change the decision that is made, if you are found to be breaching the code of conduct.

You can make a case review via the link that is on the email that informed you on your enforcement.

In general most enforcement decisions are held as these decisions and checks are made by a person not a bot.

You might want to contact official support or Google the issue since Belgium may had a law change in those parts?

I contacted the xbox support, they agree to unlock me but they can not, they admit that it is a mistake on their part with the euro blocking, but Enforcement did not want an explanation

that's strange that official support told that they want to unlock you but they can't cause enforcement is not listening...

how did you reach the official support???

At the bottom of the page, select chat with Xbox Support.

They most likely will be able to solve your problem.

They can't do anything for me :/ Only the Enforcement team can do something...
