Hello, my brother played for a few days cod ww2 at home and had to have a bad behavior at the microphone because my account has been temporarily suspended from certain services. Not being a bad player usually I ask you if possible a cancellation
of the suspension because generally my behavior is correct towards other players. I thank you in advance

Dude, you're not listening. These spammers are mass messaging people that are NOT on their friends list. Block that. Either stop multiple messaging entirely or stop multiple messaging to anyone that's not on your friends list. It's that simple. All that
feature is ever used for is spamming.

If Enforcement Team sees enough evidence that you violated the Code Of Conduct/Terms Of Service you will get banned or temporary banned. Daft is right.

When you launch your console and you get the message that your console was banned, did it say it was temporary (expires on a date in a few weeks) or permanent (expires 31 December 9999, for instance)?

Xbox 360 console bans were permanent and non-negotiable. Xbox One bans can be either temporary or permanent, and are issued in cases of significant violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or Microsoft Services Agreement.
