Temporary Ban Hasn't Ended?

On 3/30, my account was temporarily banned until today, 4/14. I waited and tried to log in, but now it is telling me I am console banned. I checked
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US and it doesn't say anything about a console ban. I am confused because I was able to log into other accounts on my Xbox, and my account should be unbanned now but it isn't.

hello just posting in concern that my Xbox account has been temporarily banned for no reason I just wanted to lay some Xbox and my account is banned just wanting to know why thanks

Dude, you're not listening. These spammers are mass messaging people that are NOT on their friends list. Block that. Either stop multiple messaging entirely or stop multiple messaging to anyone that's not on your friends list. It's that simple. All that
feature is ever used for is spamming.

Console bans will not show up in the enforcement teams website.

Are their just certain things that you can not do on the console like join parties or multiplayer games?

I know you said that it allowed you to log into other accounts on the console but are you able to know with the console ban and are their any priviliges that those profiles can not do like start parties or join multiplayer games.

You can also contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they would be able to pull your account up and if there is any console that your profile has been on it will show in their system if it has been banned and if its a temporary ban
how long the suspension is for.

Console bans do not show up on enforcement.xbox.com unless you are on a 360. Please contact support and they will be able to tell you (Please note they cannot unban the console for you, only tell you for how long (usually perma). Console bans are not able
to be reviewd)

Check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure there is no extension on the ban.

Then remove the account from the console, do a hard reset, then re add the account.

Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

We already talked about that also, if the ban was a temporary one, the message you receive will say the date the ban will end
