    Hello I was abroad for a few months. When I came back I was surprised to see someone using my account, changed my gamertag and sent aggressive messages to other players, so i'm ban without being responsible. Would it be possible to remedy this.

    Anyone help my account communication priveleges have been taken away but noe i can not play anything game online surely it would just be message game chat etc that was suspended

    Hello, first of all sorry for the inconvenience but I was banned from the service chat online until 18/03 and service multiplayer online until 20/03, I agree to the ban of online chat because sometimes I of me carried away but I find the multiplayer service
    ban a little too because when I say not I am one player like any other, so I'd like you asked to suspend my ban of multiplayer and I would of efforts

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

    24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

    Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    For further information on how Enforcement is done click HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
    complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
    the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    While I am sorry that happened to you, Im afraid that theres not much us forum folk can do for you. You will have to contact the enforcement team by visiting enforcement.xbox.com and requesting a case review from your enforcement history.
