    Hello, can you explain the reason for my ban on xbox live? I'm on your xbox live for a decade and that's how you treat people? I assume to insult people, but only when their behavior was unsportsmanlike, provocative or insulting !!! I point out each time
    their actions but I do not see much use. In recent times, there is a huge amount of people disrespectful codes! We are just defending ourselves! My account is banned until 13/01/17, it seems a little exaggerated! Also my reputation Xbox is very good, so this
    sanction is totally inappropriate. Please remove the ban

    Anyone help my account communication priveleges have been taken away but noe i can not play anything game online surely it would just be message game chat etc that was suspended

    Hello, first of all sorry for the inconvenience but I was banned from the service chat online until 18/03 and service multiplayer online until 20/03, I agree to the ban of online chat because sometimes I of me carried away but I find the multiplayer service
    ban a little too because when I say not I am one player like any other, so I'd like you asked to suspend my ban of multiplayer and I would of efforts

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can log onto the enforcement site to see why & file a case review if eligible

    That's the only way to contact the enforcement team as they do not use the forums.

    Also,your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended/banned or not.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

    24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

    Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    For further information on how Enforcement is done click HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
    complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
    the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    While I am sorry that happened to you, Im afraid that theres not much us forum folk can do for you. You will have to contact the enforcement team by visiting enforcement.xbox.com and requesting a case review from your enforcement history.
