    Temporary Account Communication Suspension


    I have just received an email about my account being placed under a 24 hour communication temporary suspension and I have read the details in the enforcement history. What I'm confused about is what messages did I send to people to deserve a suspension?
    Is there any way to check the evidence of conduct violation? And also, how many account reports/complaints does it take to be temporary suspended on Xbox live?

    I can understand one of my most recent messages placing me under suspension as I had replied to someone calling me trash, with another insult (I know that was a mistake), but does it only take 1-2 people reporting account for it to be suspended? My account
    reputation is high and in the green so i wouldn't think that 1-2 reports would lead to that.

    Sorry about the list of questions, I just really want to figure out what other mistakes I might have made which led to my 24 hour suspension so I can avoid making the same mistakes again.

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and they do not give specifics. It only takes one valid complaint to receive a suspension. The rep system doesn't have anything to do with suspensions. You can still be in the green and receive a permanent ban
    for violating other rules.

    Thanks, ive already tried that an this is what it says:

    Enforcement Detail :- This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications
    features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox

    Is my comm ban permanent or temporary? it says both but im not sure.
