Temporary 7 day ban has become 23 days

Dear Xbox Live and your wonderful employees of the Enforcement team. I understand you are more serious than the LAPD when it comes to bans on things seeing how I received a 7 day ban 3 weeks ago and it's day 21... Now idk if you are playing a joor, forgot
about me, or can't count but I would really appreciate it if you guys upheld WHAT YOU SAID. I've never seen a company send a customer an email stating a specific suspension then not upholding it on their end? I have not been able to talk only for messages
and you're about to lose a 10 year customer to PSN. It's been 23 days enforcement team this is the longest temporary 7 days suspension I have ever seen

Bans

Communication suspensions are temporary,24h hour,7 day or 14 days usually.

Never heard of anyone getting a permanent comms ban.They'll ban your account outright if you have to many comms suspensions.

As Genesis said though,account bans or suspensions are account linked so if you have a 2 weeks comms suspension that would be in place on al platforms.

can I play online after my 7 day ban is up even if my enforcement page has a different date?

I have a multiplayer ban issues that was 7 days but my enforcement page has a 14 day enforcement that was issued for harassment and abuse thorough via messages or voice chat , I was wondering if I would be able to play online after the 7 days are up or do
I have too wait till the 14 days is up ?? Just confused on this ? So 2 different dates just want to play online as soon as possible but not sure what day would be the day?? After my 7 day ban?? or after my harassment and abuse enforcement date??

I believe you can leave them a ticket and find out more info on your sus. Hope this helps guy! =)

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this situation. You must go to through the
Enforcement websiteto resolve this.
If you were suspended for longer than a day, in this case 7 days, you can also submit a case review from the same website.Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer
assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.)
As stated prior, the Enforcement website will have all of the info you need to find out why you had a suspension on your account.

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

Even if you don't type the word out and use anti-grams or other forms of the word, it is still a violation of the code of conduct and can result in an enforcement action. Communications on xbox live is a rated E for Everyone communications channel an this
service need to be treated as such. Microsoft has the right to protect this service based on the ToU and Code of Conduct that everyone agrees to when they sign up for the service.

Ive seen someone use that almost everyday and thats why i initially thought it was ok. Then to have an Xbox Employee help me make a message that would be ok to post and recieve the 7 day ban after.

The worst part is not knowing what I did to cause the ban. No answers from anywhere.
