    When I am in Microsoft Solitaire collection program doing the daily challenge I get an Ad from Temecula Kia and when the ad is finished it will not continue to the challenge game. The only way to get out is to close the Window. All of the other ads work
    without a problem. This problem just started yesterday. I am using Windows 10 with all of the current updates. I have attached what the screen looks like after the ad.

    Kia Advertisement freezing Solitaire

    Every time I try to play a challenge game and the Kia (Temecula) ad ends, the game never appears. It just hangs there with a blank screen. I would love to play the solitaire challenges, but I can't!

    You play a commercial for Kia of Temecula during some of your mahjong daily challneges and every time it plays it crashes the program. Please fix it!

    I understand abt the Premium opt., but sometimes when I'm playing the Event Challenges games, some of the ad's hangs up & I have to reboot my phone....it would be nice just to have the ad's working correctly!...thx!

    It's the Lexus ADS... either remove them or replace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm tired of constantly trying to replay daily challenges in Jigsaw!The ads are just too big to download & that's why it's hanging up & not loading!

    I am also having this same issue. I have completed the other 2 challenges but the Classic challenge hangs on the load screen. Playing on Cybertron Desktop with Windows 8

    I have to add that my problems are only when playing the daily challenges, which I just found out. I played the "normal" games and no crash/freeze/hang.....I went to the daily challenge and it crashed within a minute.
