Telltale Games - Game of Thrones - Oh Snap!

And Battlefield is different from CoD or Wolfenstien in what way?

 

Those games are different in a myriad of ways, Genchy - I'm sure I don't need to explain to you how they are different as much of it is pretty obvious. That being said, they are all still the same type of game - shooters.

 

FPS games: Shoot bad guys... walk forward... more bad guys spawn... shoot them... move forward... bad guys spawn... shoot them... walk forward... boss fight.... chapter's over. Rinse & repeat.

I'm tired of that type of gameplay. I'm sure I'm not alone in that regard. I don't care for the lack of action in Telltale games, provided the story is engrossing.... sign me up.

 

I've never played one of these episode by episode, always the whole season straight up.

I didn't play the wolf among us so I'm not getting sick of these.

 

I can't wait. I can never get tired of these telltale games because the stories they deliver are crazy good!

 

If this game generates the excitement that LIMBO codes for Xbox One users did... well, I'm not even gonna say where this game could go!

 

They do exactly the same thing, you walk down corridors and the odd open air area shooting things. To say that all Tell Tale games are the same is no different.

 

Just an FYI -- Telltale confirmed the release date of Episode 1 for Wednesday December 3rd.

 

I understand that Telltale Games are more of a niche type of game, but playing Game of Thrones last night was a blast, especially the ending!! I won't spoil anything, but the end of the first episode was definitely an, "OH SNAP!" moment.

 

Telltales story telling is second to none, they are masters of telling tales! I cant decide whether to grab this by episode or wait for the full release! Arghhhhhhh!

 

Yeah the gf told me how it ended last night. Not surprising since it is Game of Thrones.. spoiler? Lol. I guess I'll be playing it now then. Maybe later. I've been in a PvZ mood lately but I'm getting squat for skip challenges which sucks cuz some challenges
are such a grind/luck and that makes me sadface.

 

From what I've seen on Twitch this is one very ugly game on the ONE.

Not what you'd associate with the high production value for the Television Series that has esteablished an appetite for this franchise.

 

where does this game start you? end of season 4 through to end of season 5 (in terms of TV series?)

Ive read the books and i love the series but this upcoming series, if taken from the book that should follow, is boring as f***
